We had an amazing hotel stay here for my birthday. The grounds are impeccably clean and well manicured. The rooms are a great size with good water pressure and hot water. The pool was huge and actually deep enough to swim. The best part was the staff who were all incredibly friendly and provided awesome recommendations. It’s a 20 minute walk to centro, which we didn’t mind, but still something to be aware of if you don’t bring a car. This is probably the best hotel stay we’ve had in Mexico and for 1/3 the usual cost.
The place is nice, parking inside the property, very safe. But, no hot shower at all ... very uncomfortable as days are hot night cold in December January.
The hotel is among the best in the category that we had in the region. Everything is super clean, the beds comfy and the staff friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
